1. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, all orders with Eternaa are prepaid only. We do not accept COD/POD at the moment.


2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We follow a strict no return, no exchange policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.


3. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

In the rare case you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened till the product is clearly shown, without cuts/edits). After verification, we will replace the product. Refunds will not be issued.


4. Is Eternaa jewellery really waterproof and anti-tarnish?

Yes, our jewellery is crafted to be anti-tarnish, waterproof, and sweatproof, making it perfect for everyday wear.

⚠ However, we do not guarantee durability against chemical exposure (perfumes, deodorants, sanitizers, sprays, cleaning agents).


5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery usually takes 6–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.


6. What are the shipping charges?

₹100 flat shipping fee on all orders.

Free shipping on orders above ₹699.

 

7. How do I take care of my Eternaa jewellery?

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, and chemicals.

Store in a dry place, preferably in the box/pouch provided.

Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches.

 

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No, orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing them immediately.
